THIS EVENT IS A fun & free night out for all ages. It is sponsored by the Melbourne Police Department and its purpose is to promote positive interactions between the Police Department and the community. There will be live entertainment sponsored by Groove Shack, giveaways, Food Trucks, Car Show, Bike Rodeo Sponsored by the Space Coast TPO and awareness ride.

There will also be a fundraiser for a local family in need as well as a collection for donations for the Thanksgiving Basket Brigade.
Gather your family members and hop on your bikes! Meet at Bob's Bicycle Shop at 5 pm on August 6th. The City of Satellite Beach Sustainability Board will guide the group over the EG Causeway and right into the Eau Gallie Arts District. Once you arrive, you'll cruise through the streets of EGAD before having the bike valet park your bike for you. Then, you can stay and enjoy all the fun activities National Night Out - EGAD has to offer! Music, food trucks, a car show, meet & greets with the Melbourne Police Department, giveaways, Italian ice, a bike rodeo, and so much more! ✨

#HeyBlue is an initiative started by a retired police officer to encourage the public to embrace the men and women tasked to keep their community safe. At this National Night Out in EGAD, walk up to any police officer attending and take a selfie with him/her. Upload that selfie to your social media using the hashtag #heyblue. Local business have pledged $1 per hashtagged selfie to go to a local family in need. In turn, you will be entered in a raffle to win $100 cash.
